looks like a router table setup so you can run two different profiles at once ?

Same profile but 2 depths? That would speed things up a bit.
First and second pass in one step to prevent chipping?

You can't put a price on knowledge. 
When I disclose what it is,  everybody that didn't know will have won the gift of knowledge....
And I'll buy them a beer. (only 1 though,  low budget)
A Bosch idea so a woodworker would have to buy 2 routers.    Have no idea.

Hint:  It's main use is for Plastic Laminate.
