Being stationed out here in Okinawa, I don’t get much free time to enjoy the craft. This is what I work with though. it isn’t a lot, but it gets the job done. Also I may be a little late with the entry, but that’s fine. I just wanted to post on it anyway.

I like what I see, especially those japanese planes. It is not about the amount of tools you have, it is about how you use them.

Tor and Odin are the greatest of gods.

It is pretty amazing how many things that can be built with the tool set you have there, although a larger handsaw would be a great addition. I think the most versatile hand tool is the chisels. Together with a hammer they can do just about anything, albeit very slowly in many instances.

While in the Navy back in the late 50’s my ship visited Okinawa and I spent some time driving our captain around Kadena air force base.
