Very nice piece, what kind of finish did you use?

look up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, no it's a big hunk of the bowl I was turning.

While having all those problems with this, did it ever occur to you that someone or something DIDN’T want you to make this ,.,? LOL

I was beginning to think it just wasn’t supposed to be , but then it did . . As far the finish, 3 coats of polyurethane .

Sometimes you need a prototype in order to get the final product right, which this certainly is – it’s right as rain. Nice work.
