I built this step-back from plans in Woodsmith Vol 33 / No 195.
It is built from pine and finished with shellac and wax. I blended the shellac three parts amber to two parts clear. I wanted to match the pie safe that I built a while back. The pie safe is visible in the last photo.
The approximate overall dimensions are 77" high, 30" wide and 19" deep. There is one fixed shelf inside the door and one removable shelf that is less than full size. The idea is to allow taller items to be stored at the front of the lower shelf. The two upper shelves are adjustable using cleats in the "sawtooth" shelf supports.
The back and the top shelf (above the cornice) have ship-lap joints and are beaded.
The latch and the H hinges are hand-forged, but not by me. I bought them at Horton Brasses, which I highly recommend. I also bought the cut finish nails and cut brads there.

The most complex part of building this piece, at least for me, was the cornice, which includes two compound miter joints. This shows the interior of the cornice before it was installed:
