The Best Squirrel Feeder!
What does a guy give his Mum for Christmas when I have already made her every kind of bird feeder there was to be made?
Ha, she loved watching squirrels run in and out with the peanuts!
This was simply made from offcuts from around the shop. I became more amused as I found a way to reuse old Crown jars as the treat containment unit!
By carefully drilling the right size hole for the jar to perfectly fit, you can put a 45 chamfer on the inside of the hole and route a shallow rabbet on the front side of the hole. This will allow you to screw the lid on the jar to hold it in place, so much fun!!

Kel, that is a nice little project, they are fun to watch. I have found that they like to sit there and gorge themselves.
