Project Information
this is a wall table I made about 15 years back, the legs trim and stretcher is cherry, the top is mesquite I cut out of a log about 6" in diameter and 4-1/2' long,it was just enough to make this top. the plugs are also mesquite. table is 48"long 13" wide and 33" tall. finish is poly oil maloof blend. as time has gone by ive gotten to the point i really dont like it that much so on my to do board is a new one when time permits.

Kudos!

So, if/when you decide to replace that table, I have enough room in my "dumpster" for that top. Ecologically sound disposal practices are always followed 🙂

What's not to like?
thanks guys. i dont know, i just dont like the way i did the top. ive rebuilt pieces before many times. i have a coffee table i redid twice. first made a whole new top, then reworked the top.

Does your wife recognize you anymore  or are you just that strange unidentifiable man that lives in the shop and appears mysteriously out of nowhere once or twice a year? ; )

If I didn’t laugh at myself, I’d lose my mind.
