Flip down bar

I was asked by a friend to make a bar he had seen online. So I picked up some wood at the big box store and put together this wall bar with French cleats. I used shosugiban wood burning technique on the outside. Odies oil with two types of pigment inside and out. Glued and screwed with a few nails. I used the golden ratio to size it and fit their area. Always learn a lot with these projects. Fun time.
A very functional unit!

Perfect for anywhere and the instant table is a big+
Love the finish technique 😀

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Great project!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

THANKS.   The finish was a little extra hand rubbing, but well worth it I think.
That should be a fun addition to any outdoor space. Nice!
very cool outdoor bar, love it. how are you latching the door when folded up ?
