Outdoor Table cover

I put this in needleworking because I did use a needle to make it- but on a sewing machine. I have  a natural edge mesquite table on our deck in Arizona and I needed a cover to keep it clean when not being used. It gets very dusty out there. This cover is made from white UV resistant vinyl from the 4 Winns boat company. It was overstock and the warehouse  guy gave me a whole roll of it and I have made all kinds of outdoor things with it. This cover is 17" diameter and with a 7 " apron. I used my old Nelco sewing machine that I bought at the Rustic Barn resale shop for $5 about 25 years ago and it still works good........................Cheers, Jim

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

It's good to have multiple skills, many projects require a mix of materials, like chairs that have upholstery. Nice work.
Nicely done Jim. What can't you do? A very talented man.

Hi Danny and Larry. I'm from the last century and I'm an analog guy. I don't do any digital stuff like CNC but I do like digital tuners in radios - especially in my shop so it can hold a station without drifting. I  weld, cook, bake and  sew but don't have a green thumb at all. Any living plant entrusted to me you can kiss goodbye!!!!!!!
