Tapered Pizza Peel
I had a request for a couple more pizza peels, these are from oak and finished with mineral oil/wax. Tapered on the planer per the photo, no problem but I get nervous as the lumber gets thinner. Extending the sled longer than the peel helps get rid of the snipe from the planer.

The taper is what many of these lack, you have a fine looking jig to get that right!

Nice work, Albert. I like your tapering jig. I'll have to remember that!! I have not found if we can collect these in Favorites like we did on LJ's.

Hmm, these have always tickled my fancy... SWMBO move over.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
