Before cell phones when people actually stopped by other peoples houses to find nobody home , one would need to leave a note! ..I made a few of these for family and friends..I still have some unfinished as you see here . After cell phones they became obsolete like so many things over time

i made several banks using those mail box doors for xmas gifts this year. make sure to post the finished ones ! i love your dovetails cross bars !
