Light up my life

I had a roll of L.E.D. strip lights hanging around for a long time. I hollowed out the back and neck of a cheapo imitation Stratocaster and put in a strip. I ran the wiring through the input jack and used the pickup selector switch to turn it on and off. I recommended to the new owner to just unplug it when you want it off. I said cheapo imitation and I meant it.

I had enough strip light leftover to light up a floor tom.

The snare drum was a lot different. The other 2 had an adapter, AC to DC. The snare uses a ceiling lamp fixture and has a remote to turn it on/off, dim, change color and more. I made it so it can be on the stand or hang on a wall.

Drums make for great tv tables.

I kept the floor tom and the others have a new home.

Flea markets and yard sales always come through for me.

Cool mood lighting, would be perfect for a lot of occasions, and goes with the flow of the room.

Love that Dentist/Barbers chair.
