Had to do some gardening today. Needed to lose some branches on a couple trees and cut some logs into slabs. I was moping and feelin' it's all such a chore...BUT THEN...I remembered I made these two saws...a Bow Saw and Frame Saw. Now the chore became fun and easy to do.
I'd grab that bow saw for a limb anyday. Both look like a joy to use, interested in the performance of the frame saw, the raw cut surface can be a finish all on it's own!
Thanks RyanGi, SplinterGroup, Pottz! It's amazing how well and easy they cut. Both perform well. I made them out of pine using a 1" bandsaw blade, 6 TPI. The teeth are so big that it's easy to sharpen if need be. Both cut on the forward stroke.
