Model scaled to 60 percent of plan (Forest Street Designs), to fit my display cabinet. Cherry, walnut. Hobby wire for spokes, vinyl foil tape for chrome.

A great model of this classic Mercedes Benz.
Although I always make my models entirely from wood (and glue and lacquer), I have to admit that the way you combine wood with other materials produces a fantastic result. Well done!

Beautiful work. Have you ever made the wooden airplane that replicates a modern plane. I think they use mahogany. Anyway you have a great talent.
