If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Nice! Is the first one curly maple? Really caught my eye.
Hi BB1 - yes big leaf curly maple. I was lucky enough to source a plank from Brian Hearn (Hearn Hardwoods in Pennsylvania) when he travelled to NZ with a load of outstanding timbers.
