T&J Hummer

Started making this about 15 years ago, and left all the parts in the garage as things got in the way. Found everything over the holidays and finished it off. Painting all the dirty NZ pine yellow - I think it came out alright. Wheels are walnut with maple rims.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Near photo-realistic! Tires are killer, really look like every day weather has left it's mark.
Looks like the real thing for sure.   excellent work.

Might have been a long time coming but top marks for the finishing.

Was over on the “shakey iles” over new year’s into January, that Hummer would be very expensive to run with the fuel prices plus all the hills & curves.

Thanks for comments - yes petrol is expensive over here. I’ve only ever seen two hummers in NZ, and one is a stretch limo style. Not cheap at all. T&J is Toys and Joys - they produce plans for various vehicles.
