Shoe Bench
Threw together this bench for the wife so she could store her shoes in it, put them on and walk out the door. One side for shoes and the other side for purses. Now to come up with some kind of design for the wall above it. I was thinking of doing a design with slats. Always looking for input from others. One project always leads to another.

Nice looking bench. Having the shoes behind doors keeps a clean look and the pull out shelves is great for access.
Nice, I like the pull out platforms! I’m going to be doing something a little similar at some point myself. My plan is to do some decorative slatting or shiplap on the wall with several coat hooks, maybe a central mirror?. Shoes coats and hats all in one place by the door.

Oh...I really like the pullout trays for the shoes rather than the top lifting. Nice to have behind the doors too. Looks great!
