STATISTIC: Open segmented part. 41 levels 36 segments each= 1476 pieces the base and neck, 12×7 = 84 and 2 disks to block the base rings, total of 1634 pieces.
done by 4 stages plus the base and neck.
I may add the story later on

Very beautiful. It’s certainly a piece of art, you do great work. This piece must have taken a very long time to glue up, not to mention the attention to detail that it would have taken. Thank you for sharing the pictures of the process. Beautiful.
