😄 So true! Nice looking utensils.
My wife has so many it isn't even funny. She also cooks maybe 10 times a year.

Rick, never complain about a wife who cooks your meals.
PS:   good looking spoons.

Ron

Thanks Ron...true. however I cook alot too. We take turns every other night.  I cook most of the breakfasts as well. But she cleans the house bathrooms etc. I'm not complaining. 😉
Thanks Dark Lightning! Funny how there's never enough of them!
fabulous rick, i gotta make some for my wife..........or maybe me 😏

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Beware the wooden spoon.... my mum broke quite a few of them and not while cooking either!

An item similar to a workshop clamp I would suggest.

Regards Rob

Nice kitchen utensils Rick, how about making a wall mount display - storage hanging rack for your handy work?
Not much better to accessorize the kitchen that a great assortment of the custom utensils.

Smooth work Rick! Maybe a perfect application for your Teak?
With due respect, that’s nothing…and this is just what she has out on the counter for ‘every day use’…there are more drawers full…

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

That's too funny! I've had the threat but never the encounter. Though I did come real close with grandpa's hickory switch. Lol!

Thank you Oldtool!  A display? Gads! That will fill up quickly and she'll still want more. Interesting though...hmmm.
Nice Rick! I've had these on my project list for quite a while now...

Thanks SplinterGroup. Do you think teak would be good? Really? Are you kidding me? What about the silica content. Good idea but would teak be food safe? Hmmmm.
Gads!!  Ryan. But she probably needs more. Right? 😳
Sorry Rick, I'm not a spooner, but there are websites that list the toxicity of woods for more info.
I was thinking of grinding burrs on a 1/4" dremel type die grinder for the shaping, even ultra hard stuff is no problem.
Thanks Steve. Are you keeping your wife waiting? Whew!... I'd be in trouble! 🙂
Ryan, where do ya sit to eat? I thought we had a lot of the cooking tools, we are just posers.
George.... Ryan sits in his shop and eats while he's making more! 😉

SplinterGroup... you ever use Typhoon Carving bits?
