Maple Burl Pen and Pencil Holder

This will be last pen and pencil holder for a while. This is a gift for my friend Roger for his desk. He gave me this maple burl about five years ago and the last shot is all I have left of that burl after making many projects with the wood. The base, the front plate and the pen tubes are made from it. I just had enough left to make the tubes!! The front plate and base are doweled and glued together!
