On the Sapele, I’d appreciate your thoughts on its working characteristics? I’m considering it for a ‘dark wood’ rocking chair (with Ash accents)? Walnut, presumably the wood of choice for rockers, is about 50% more expensive than the Sapele, in my corner of the world.
