Now that I made this box maybe I am .
This box has likely more diamonds then any girl will ever have .
I designed this box around my new diamond pattern which has an interesting appearance as the look changes depending on the viewing angle and lighting .
The box is made from red oak and walnut with solid brass hinges ,the lid stay is a ball chain that drops between the side and tray and I added a custom tray lift handle made from lace wood and maple .
The finish is oil to bring out the wood tones and several coats of satin lacquer followed by a bees wax polish for that soft sheen .
The dimensions are 12” W x 8 1/4” D x 4 1/2” H slightly larger then I normally size a box .
Thanks for taking a look and as always comments and critiques are always welcome .

Amazing and beautiful, just as everything you do.

Beautiful. inside and outside.
The diamond pattern is unique. The inside tray matches the rest of the box quite well.
Great Job as always Klaus!
