Bowling alley desk

Been able to play in the shop the last couple of weeks. My day job is a 7th grade science teacher and we are getting all new classrooms. My school is replacing the student tables so I got several of the tables. I thought it would be cool to make my other science teachers their own desk using the old tables. I replaced the old top with bowling alley. I have 2 done and have 2 to go!!! It has been fun to do and my colleagues will have something to take with them after they are done teaching:)

They are made of maple and wrapped with walnut. I also make my own inlays:)
