Titanic Serving Trays Pt 1

This tray came while doing some research on Titanic artifacts in particular the dining Room serving trays, of which I was in the process of making three of them.

The initial three trays displayed Titanic motifs or pictures, and are at:

A fourth tray was made using Bookmatching the walnut piece which was originally discarded from the set of three due to its grain. The piece used is on the left.

It was only after resawing the timber into veneer pieces was the amazing similariy to the Titanic disaster evident therefore as it was relevent at the time and the uncanny images deep from within the Atlantic appeared hence the tray was made.
