Birch and Walnut Keepsake Box
This one is made from solid birch, walnut, and a birch veneered bottom panel. Features laminated construction that gives the box joints a unique look. Also the lid is hinged by 1/8” brass pins. Finished in satin lacquer, and is lined in ruby red velvet.

I really like your two-toned lamination feature. It does make a great joint detail. Nice choice of woods and design. It’s an especially sharp box!
