OzoMetal BS-70 Brass Powder

I have lots of inlay material and two of them are from OzoMetal in real brass and copper powders. They make great metallic inlays in wood and recently I found another use for them. I was rebuilding a shaded pole motor for an old dehumidifier by converting the bronze bushing in the front to a ball bearing but the shaft was worn so that the bearing was sloppy on the shaft real close to the armature. I had to build up the shaft so I could turn it for a press fit for the bearing. I could not weld or braze there so I pulled out the brass powder and coated the shaft with it using CA glue and accelerator. It hardened up right away and I turned it down to make the press fit. I assembled the motor before I thought of sharing this information so no photos of the shaft but the motor runs at 1550RPM just like it is supposed to.
