Well the wife gave me the ok today, so i headed to home depot! I had to replace this

The fence was cracked, the motor sounded rough, it was just time to go, so i got this, only had it about 6 hours and it already looks used.

Also while i was there i like to look thru the discounted 70% off lumber, i found this gem. It looks pretty.

So after that i went picked up my daughter from school, then headed to the pawn shop. Found these two there, the dewalt is like new and only cost me $20!! I already have one, but its old and does not have the bag. The B&D was $10 and i dont have one of those.

So then driving home and neighbor was throwing this out, so i picked it up.

Any ideas on what i could make of it?

Oh plus my wife told me i got a package, my bandsaw blades came in, i needed them bad!!

It’s a good day for sure.
The sander are a good find.

Now it’s play time

SCORE!!! Lol very cool. Should have grabe a couple clamps. Lmao Love the grain on the lumber. What is th as t the neighbor tossed?
Could you do a tool review on your new mitersaw?

Lanwater, with in 5 minutes of putting it on my table, cutting it loose and plugging it in i was cutting!

Yeah Jeff, i should have! I want to reach your clamp status, but i have a long way to go. Yeah that grain caught my eye. I asked the guy why it was on clearance, nothing looked wrong with it. He said dont ask just buy! LOL, i wish i had taken my truck but i was in the wifes SUV and cant/dont want to fit much in there. The tossed items look like header and footer for a small bed, and those other 2 pieces i have no idea, maybe its parts to a bunk or loft style bed. Not really sure, but hate to see good wood in the trash so i snagged it. I will do a review, let me get a bit more use out of it to see how i really feel about it. Will keep you posted.

You have enough wood there for a side table to a recliner or couch. The fancy curved parts. Well those could be the feet to a low level Japanese eating table.

The side table I was thinking about.

Wow, you really hit the jackpot Tony. With a day going like that you should have bought a lotto ticket. I have never thought about a pawn shop for tools but I’m heading that way soon. Thanks for the idea.

Great day I’d say.
