Loosing the "Write a comment" textbox with "View all'

When I click on “view all” on a topic with many comments, the “write a comment” box is not available for commenting.

It does not happen with “show next replies”

with “view all”:

Right, it’s a different page. I will consider adding the box to view all page as well. Thanks.
