Jim,

I figured you must have gotten a CNC for Christmas . . . your lettering looks great! The chest came out really good, too. Are those hand-cut dovetails? I wish I could turn out something that nice in “just a couple of days.”

Well done Jim. I like the cut out to protect small fingers from being smashed as the lid comes down.
You could call it a practice box.

I made one for each of 7 grandkids. Each with a different wood. I was running out of wood types when the kid production finally stopped.
