I just called IT support Melb for SME (Subject matter expert) advice. 
Was advise to upgrade to Mozilla latest release, (as per Mozzies blog)
I just downloaded the latest FF browser and Yippee/Hallelujah  I can send drivel again, I will attempt to edit the original Blog for Renners. 
No doubt Craftsian will invoice LBD accordingly

Sash windows are like buses, there's none for ages then two come along at once
