Curly Koa, maple bowl

My wife and I have been going to Kauai each year to celebrate our anniversary in March. We skipped last year due to Covid, but I brougt back a nice piece of Koa wood two years ago, and finally made something  out of it. This little bowl shows off the cross grain curl and is accented with maple racing stripes. The bowl is 7 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep, and the foot is covered with soft leather. Finished in satin poly.
