Built this in my shop in Vegas and took it to LaJolla, CA.  Nice working while looking over the ocean.
It's all Alder built with the ocean theme in mind. It's a small room and I take crappy pictures so I apologize for that.
Here are some more pics of the build while it was in my shop.

Looks like it belongs nicely in La Jolla! Love the open space cut into it. Well done!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Tight....and then some.

I'm pretty sure I was drunk in that picture...

Looks like you were lit a little bit.  Must have been at a wedding?

It was my daughters wedding....Good call!  About the only time you'll catch me in a tie.

Wonderful complex project.   Several sub-projects, all wonderful.    Be great to see with all the racks full.     Nicely done work.

Thanks Ron.
I wish I could see them full myself.  Maybe next time I get an invite over I can take some pics.

Wish I had room for something like that! All my wine is stored under the stairs.
Thank You Steve,
The room was actually not that big.  67" wide x 102" long.

Gorgeous work!
Did you do the carving too?

The early bird gets the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Beautiful case work, so many details to look at and wonderful carvings to match a beach theme. That does seem to be a small room, but a great wine room at that. Did the customer install a chilling system in the room to keep the wine?

Thank You guys,
Paul, No the carvings are store bought.  I carve like I do Marquetry,  NOT
Eric,  yes they have a cooling system in the room.

I worked for a company about 4 years ago, they were in the process of a remodel at a high-end country club, they build a wine room that had a cooling system, and the front was all glass so they could show off the room. This was up in the mountains and was a timber frame style.
