This is a Pecan natural edge head board that I just made for our queen sized bed in Arizona. It is 3/4" x 22" x 62". Two slabs of pecan were used and they are joined using biscuits and pocket screws. I had a large old pecan log cut with the curved side flat so I could use it in the top of the headboard. It is finished with Danish oil and satin Poly. There were two corner shelves mad to go with it.
