It looks like a lot of us have the same problem getting tired on there feet and back problems .
Here is a little stool I built a while ago and thought I post it here in case you haven’t seen it .
*The bench has to be heavy enough to keep it from tipping in my case the bench weighs 300 LBS +
*The stool attaches to the front bench rails and is stored at the end of the bench when not in use The stool can also serve as a work support and a shelf to keep things handy when working at the bench .
A simple little project made from pine a couple of dowels and bolts .

Nice idea. I hate to admit that I do think much more about sitting in the shop than I did several years ago… ;-)

Yours is great! I made one to fit on my bench as well it fits on the stretchers and slides like the deadman. Thank you for the great idea!
