Wanted for Christmas 1 Boxes

Right about December 1st the phone started ringing. People wanting items for Christmas gifts. This was the first, wanting a large box, mid size box and a truck. Lucky for me I found a large door at an antique shop just before that and had just restocked my mid size doors. The truck would have been tough but I recently found one that I had made in a junk shop and bought it back.

The two boxes are pine (by request) and stained with red oak stain. Three coats of gloss polyurethane. The truck is made from ambrosia maple with walnut fenders and accents. All I had to do for it was a little cleaning. I was even able to offer a discount on the truck.

As I was almost finished, another order came in-see "Wanted for Christmas 2".
nice job. ill be giving out 10 of those post office bank boxes tomorrow.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Great looking stuff Jeff.  Even the recycled one looks like new!  Don't you love it when people wait until a few weeks before Christmas to ask for stuff?  Like they think you can knock these out after dinner one evening...
Thanks Pottz, I saw yours, they were AMAZING!

Thanks Ken. That's true. Projects take time!
Glad you’ve been able to restock on the doors, Jeff! Nice work.

May you have the day you deserve!

That's pretty impressive that you found one of your trucks! Nice builds.
