this was just a fun quick easy project on a rainy day. made this sign for my patio using the rockler sign making system. this is their 1-1/2" kit. they also have a 2-1/4" and 3-3/8". there is also a kit for script. even emoji's ! made from cedar. the letters were just sprayed black then sanded. final coat was penofin oil based deck stain. pic 2 shows how the plastic letters just snap together. some letters like A or B require two templates.
