Mini Golf Obstacle

Our park is opening a mini golf course and each of the 9 holes is sponsored by an activity in the park. I had to make an obstacle for the  8th hole for the  wood shop so I modeled a band saw after the Grizzly saw in our shop. The saw had dew on it when I took these.

This saw was made entirely out of  old 2x4's  and  1/2" plywood with a  little mesquite used for the upper blade guide and the knobs...and a real 1/4" band saw blade.
It is finished with green stain and clear coated to help it last  in the rain and dust storms out here in the low desert .
My neighbor ,Wayne, did the laser work on the Grizzly  signage and all the signs for the holes in the course.

Cheers, Jim

Love it Jim!

Any blade recommendations and can you fit a riser block for resawing?

Too nice ..I bet somebody tries to souvenir it!
come to think of it is it near Pottzy's place?

It would be enough to put you off your putt by being distracted  !!!!

They must be the flavour of the month one has opened up just up the road from me!

Thanks, Ivan and Rob!!
It is screwed and doweled and can be taken fully apart if need be. Not sure where Pottzy is located but we'll be on the lookout for him
