This is a serving bowl for chips and salsa or whatever you have in mind. It is made from Mesquite and fractal burned with a high flame..hence Hot" salsa bowl. It it 10 1/2" diameter and 1 5/8" high . It was real finely sanded and coated with Danish oil and Walrus oil cutting board oil.
The glass dish in the center is microwaveable!

Looks awesome! Love the fractal burning detail.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

that is stunning jim.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Love the utility of this dish, It's the perfect item for the chips n dips crowd.

Love the Mesquite, and the ???? (maybe turquoise) Fill you used on what I guess was a split. On this particular piece I don't know if the burn is a + or a -. It's not taking me anywhere? My eye is drawn more to the fill.

If this is a sale item, you need to make a few more of them, and increase your price. I see these flying off the shelves. If it's a gift, somebody is gonna feel special.

Really good looking.

Thank you all for the nice comments.

Hi George, I was undecided on the fractal burning because the piece was pretty nice  without it but that is what sold the last one I made.

Hi Michael, glad you could join us. I loved Lumberjocks and made so many good friends there before they  sold it and it got changed so badly  from the best  site on the internet that I had to find a better place to contribute to. I look forward to seeing your products here too!!
