This little piece was made from 25  1/2" square pieces . I used Mesquite, Willow Acacia and Chinaberry. It is 2 3/4" x 3 1/2" high and finished with EEE and Shellawax.

Really nice Jim. Very creative and different. Love it.
That's cool! And to think, I donated all my pen blanks.

Nice, Jim! I have a similar idea I'm trying to glue up in the shop ATM. Second attempt, as the first one got squirrelly when I was gluing together the layers and is now misaligned.

May you have the day you deserve!

Thank you all for the nice comments.

Hi Dave, I used two rails ( coated with wax)   to clamp the pieces to when doing the glue up to keep them aligned.

Very nice, all that laminating of woods makes this very unique.
