A Rolling Pin for a Lady I know.
Several strips of wood glued together to create a long square.
Turned on the Lathe and sanded.  Several Coats of Water Based Bench Top Food Safe Polyurethane. Sanded between Coats, but no sanding on the last two coats.

Does she cook or hubby been misbehaving?

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Thank you...It is a series of different woods cut in to strips, to achieve a long square all glued and clamped then turned on the Lathe.  Not sure what kinds of wood.  I like the effect it achieves when turned.

BB1.... Thank you.  I think the reddish line may be a type of Australian Gum.  There are so many species of Gum Trees with different colours and textures.
