Matchfit Table Saw Sled

For a project that I will post shortly, I needed new tablesaw sleds to accurately cut the pieces.  I decided to make the sleds using the Matchfit system.  Initially, pieces were bought from MicroJig and then had my son 3d print more pieces including the wedge shaped pieces for the dovetail slots and the various knobs.  I also tried using a plain dovetail router bit and straight bit to make the grooves in the sled.  It all worked well.

I added some adjustments to the sled to better dial in the dimensions of the cut pieces.  The sleds work very well and easy to setup to cut various angles.
Seems to offer a lot of possibilities.   Well thought out.

THAT is a beauty even before the project gets started.

Nice!....I use Microjig dovetail system, for my new Sawstop dovetail slot.....
Microjig accessory system ...19.00 for 20 some pieces...
4 sawstop inserts...47.00......and the microjigs fit just as well....

That looks very useful, nice job. I recently decided to try the Matchfit system after avoiding it for years, and I wish I had adopted it sooner. It’s very versatile and very secure.
