Pen Display Board
I needed a board to display the more expensive pens at shows. I have a revolving rack for the Slimlines but did not want to put these in with them. I guess I'll need to made a few more to fill this board. I made 7 slots ( the perfect number!!)
It is made from 5/8 Baltic birch plywood, stained with special walnut stain and finished with clear satin enamel.

looks good jim. if you do well your gonna need one a "lot" bigger ?

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Thanks, Dave. Yes I used a ball end router bit in the mill to make the slots. I use HNC ( Human Numerical Control) machining! I cut one, record the numbers and make all the rest of the slots using those numbers for stops! I have a table with T slots for the vice that I made many years ago and it makes it so easy to set up a job like this !
