I re-invented the wheel in the shape of a bowl

I"m sure a lot of you are familiar with my resin infused bowls as in the #1 picture. The second picture is basically the same configuration
but I just couldn't resist showing a wormy chestnut bowl and resin - it too cute to keep to myself.
If you pay particular attention to # 3 and #4 you can see that I managed to get a straight line piece of lumber into the resin scallop.
Then picture # 5 is here just to show the 4 color resin and the stark contrast between the resin, walnut and maple.
It's easy to see that I have too much time on my hands but making saw dust is FUN !
A great collection!  Good to see your resin bowls again.

Fascinating!    Above the normal!

Really cool effect DIck!
Alignment is spot on. I like the last photo best as the cooler colors at the top give a SW vibe.
You really got a nice shimmer with the copper colored sections, just like you embedded some copper leaf.
ive got one of Dicks chestnut bowls, no resin in mine though but still damn fine craftsmanship ! those all looks incredible my friend.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Very nice creations here, super coloring and the arches give a very pleasant appearance. Great craftsmanship.
