Side table

This is one of two side tables I made for the living room. Top is cherry plywood. The rest is solid cherry. Construction is mortise and tenon. Several years ago I bought a 50’s Danish Sofa table that had a semi floating top that I liked a lot. This is my version of the concept. The top is fastened with figure 8’s that I got from Highland Woodworking.
The legs are my favorite design. I call them bayonet style legs. I use the design on most of my stuff except lego tables :).
