I just finished this Santa box.
I used some old seasoned Honduran Mahogany for the box. The rim on the lid is White Oak, as is the Santa Ess. The blue stuff is turquoise pounded to a powder and glued with epoxy.
The finish is Tung oil, 2 coats. Then dry several coats of my Danish furniture polish.

Tor and Odin are the greatest of gods.
