Tree of Life "Intarsia" Afghan

A couple of weeks ago, ideas and goals came together:

• to create a picture afghan (graphghan, intarsia)
• to make use of a big sale at Mary Maxim
• to make a “tree of life” afghan

Finished size is about 40" square.
Crochet hook: 5mm
Yarn: Waverly 100% Acrylic (Sundrift & Turtle Green)
Pattern: using a tattoo image found online, I turned it into a pattern using leftsource.com
