I get to work early so I get to see the sun coming up every morning.
I love the colors and clouds. Sometimes there spectacular, or just different.
I don't expect a lot of participation, but would like to start a thread for sharing your "Sky Views"
If you have any,  feel free.  I will probably drop a few here and there when I see one that looks cool to me.
Here is one I took the other day.  (Disclaimer:  most of these will be coming from my android phone taken out my car window.)

Pretty cool cloud formations.

I don't get to work early for the scenery. It's the time we start.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

I really liked the soft pinks and blues during this sunset, and was able to catch them mirrored in the puddles running down the pier.

There is the old sailor's saying  "Red skies at night sailor's delight

Maybe it only works on the ocean.

Cool pictures,  thanks for posting them.
I'm not a nature freak,  but I appreciate her beauty.

WillMSP - is that from Canal Park in Duluth?
This has always been one of my favourites. Taken from my boat in the Canadian Gulf Islands.

The early bird gets the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Yup! Duluth is one of our family-favorite weekend trip destinations (not that there are that many options within reasonable driving range from the Twin Cities), so we go there pretty regularly.
Here's an oldie that I took from the Staten Island Ferry. I just loved the clouds that day, though a statue got in the way 😉 (man, sky pics lose their impact when they're postcard-sized)

From the sky looking down and straight.
WillMSP - I lived in Duluth for a little over 7 years so I know that view well. I try to get back there every year or so. I generally head up the North Shore to Grand Marais and then up the Gunflint Trail to Poplar Lake.
I enjoyed this sunset from my deck a few years back about this time of year.

Okay, I should have checked. I did attach a picture to my last post but maybe I didn’t hit “add”. 😁🙄
Anyway ….. Canadian Gulf Islands….

Just before 5:00 p.m. November 13, 2016 (my dad's 99th birthday). That's our workshop in the photo.

I take a lot of pictures of sunsets, storm clouds, and stuff quite frequently. We have a lot of severe storms in this area each year. My buddy and I occasionally chase the worse storms for pictures.
Every now and again I get lucky....
This is looking north (downstream) on the Athabasca River.
Downtown Fort McMurray, Alberta.
If you look closely on the right side in the green aurora, you can see the big dipper.
