That was an excellent idea , I like the tightening knob , just rotate till the mark lines up , tighten it up and make your pass .

Bruce I reveal you a secret. Between the knob and part D I have two washers and two spring washers. When the wheel is mounted I can rotate the wheel till the mark lines without loosen it. There is tension enough to do this
