Shooting Board

New and improved shooting board with captive track for shooting plane. This is a game changer. The mass and heft of the large shooting plane glides along a fixed track removing any possibility of skewing the plane sideways. This particular shooting board is set up for left-handed use as I am left-handed. The shooting plane is a left-hand model from Lee Valley. I have used other large hand planes to perform my shooting in the past, but with the fixed track I can now eliminate any plane wander and instead  focus on dialing in the iron and extracting fine shavings. Overall precision is improved!
