two shop carts

ok im finally posting something brand new. i made a new cart for my dewalt scroll saw.before it was on a metal stand with no wheels so it had to be drug out when needed meaning,it collected dust. the second cart is for my grinders. tormek on one end the new jet grinder belt sander combo on the other and my vs 8" wen in the middle.im gonna set that for sharpening my turning tools.i went with the pro grind system.a lot cheaper then wolverine, has all the attachments included.we'll see if i screwed up later ! the nice thing with this cart is all the cords go into the cabinet and just one cord goes up to an overhead plug.love it.no cords all over or on the floor. if you notice each machine has a tray they sit on.this is so if i wanna change up the arrangement i just slide em where i wont.each tray has sides and a rubber bottom so they wont move on there own. all drawers are on full over extension glides. the boxes are melamine and trim and drawer fronts are clear doug fir to match all my other shop cabinets. the tops are formica i had left over from other projects. any questions ask.here are some build pic's for those that like to see it.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

I have the same issue. Just turned the table saw into a cabinet saw and it takes a bit of floor space.

That's why you can't afford Fe$tool... you spend all your money on great timber and fittings!

Nice... but I'd rather have a ROTEX.

... like finding bigfoot !!!! SAD !!!!

SAD for W... she wakes up to him every day.

I like the way you can access drawers from both side, however, after seeing that I thought wahat a shame you cant share the contents from both sides... then I did that filthy four lettered word... READ!... Saw these....

Nice cabinet! I'm just starting to design a sanding cabinet. The challenge will be to keep it small enough to fit in my shop.
Nice station Pottz, it’ll serve you well.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

I like storage with drawers.  I find that is nicer than shelves for the "no dust" aspect and organization

duck you still have it,even after the transition.just gotta get you out of the shed.no one should have to live in a shed.

thanks steve,ryan,and barb.

Nice work stations.  Like how you made the cord storage in the middle with the extra plugs too.

Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.

thanks bent.makes it nice and neat,no cords everywhere.

Nice, Pottz! I added a cabinet for my table saw to my todo list yesterday, so I should be paying closer attention to things like these.

May you have the day you deserve!

dave it's the small details that make the difference. the cord solution was huge for me. dont rush it,take the time to really think about what would be ideal for your needs. rushing only makes for, damn, i wish id of done that !

Steve, I built this sanding station a while back:

Great addition!

I made drawers,

but that didn't keep the dust out... go figure!

Pottz your shop cabinets are nicer looking than mine I have to admit.  I just use 3/4" ply.

I added recycled drawers and slider to the cabinet this past week.

Petey, it's not the looks in the shop, for me it's the functionality.
