Memorial for a good friend

I built 2 of these display cases for the children of a good friend that left this earth too early. He was a terrific golfer and played on one of the smaller golf tours for a while. His brother wanted to give his nephews something to remember their Dad.
It's made with walnut and has a removable section that allows the clubs to be removed. The glass door is held closed with rare earth magnets and the door pull is turned on the lathe to resemble a golf tee. The picture was produced on aluminum and should last forever.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

The last batch of different projects you put on were all great looking. I like the diversity of different kinds of projects like this.  Good job on all of them.  Mike
Beautifully done.  I'm sure the family appreciated them very much.
